Spa Century is an independent small therapy service dedicated  to woman's physical and mental health using holistic treatments, connecting the body, mind and spiritual healing at the same time. As a Woman we go through many challenges in life, putting our bodies and minds through everything, yet there is no switch off  button when we need it the most.

As part of our practice and philosophy, we strive to not only heal our clients mentally and physically but to embed a healthier lifestyle to follow, through recovery from trying to conceive, pregnancy, surgery, trauma, cancer, menopause and so much more.

 

Holistic Treatments are used to bring the mind and body together at the same time, empowered by ancient techniques, blended with mother earths most powerful therapeutic properties of essential oils. Providing relief on muscular pain, tension and stress from everyday life.
